Client Scenario

• Along with QAD, India and Thailand using various applications like AGPS, ATTRAQ, Blackline, Blue Tree, Concur, Customs Duty, E-Invoice, ERP Data Collection, ISSAQ, JPM, Lat & COP, OneStream, PRPO, Snowflakes, and Supplier Web for their business activities
• Manual tracking of Gate entry and vehicle management in excel causing errors. Manual verification between GRN in QAD and the gate entry was required
• Manual tracking of stock movement from FG store causing issues in inventory management and monitoring

Approach

• Built the interface between Blackline (India and Thailand), Customs Duty, ERP Data Collections, ISSAQ, LAT & COP, OneStream application
• Developed a modules for Vehicle Entry and Gate Entry tracking systems inside the QAD application
• Developed a new module in QAD to track the stock movements in FG stores by scanning the label

• Development, support and monitoring of the interfaces
• Better monitoring of gate entry and vehicle management data with automatic synchronization between QAD and gate entry information
• Reduces the manual entry better inventory tracking
